Using a combination of breathwork, cold water exposure and commitment, the Wim Hof Method will take your awareness and nervous system to a place you have never before experienced and leave you a better version of yourself.

Whether we realise it or not, the modern world and the way we live in it often takes more than it gives. Leaving us stressed, anxious and with a nervous system that is running on high alert.

The Wim Hof Method offers an opportunity to reset the balance. Clearing your mind, resetting your body and balancing your nervous systems.

Why do the Wim Hof Method with me?

The Wim Hof Method is about embracing nature, pushing your boundaries and overcoming. I live the method every day, so I can share its power.

I used to hate the cold, so I know how it feels to look at an ice bath and want to run the other way, but there lies the power of the method. The ability to overcome and become more than you were before. By facing the fear, we become stronger in every part of our lives.

Learning the method has been an incredible journey of discovery for me. I have gone deep and realised I can do and be so much more, overcoming boundaries that I thought were impossible to overcome. Getting better in every area of my life.

I have found a sense of wonder and strength and I want to share that with you. So you can continue to grow because that is nature, and it shall not be denied.

Why Dartmoor?

The Wim Hof Method is about embracing nature, using it as our teacher, so I mostly deliver the method in nature, in Dartmoor National Park. This unique setting, and my teaching in it, is what helps sets my Wim Hof sessions apart. Take a look at the spectacular landscape we’ll be experiencing.              

The Wim Hof Method has helped me to be the best version of myself. My job as a fighter pilot is stressful and I have been searching endlessly for a way to cope with the pressure.
