Reconnect with yourself and find your way back to the woman you know is still there.
This weekend is designed for women moving through perimenopause, burnout, or a season of change - when your body feels different, your energy shifts, and life asks something new of you.
This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about learning how to work with your body, not against it.
Through breathwork, cold exposure, movement and sauna, you’ll experience simple but powerful practices that support your nervous system, balance your energy, and help you feel stronger, calmer and more in control again.
You’ll be gently guided with supportive coaching throughout - giving you space to understand what’s happening, ask questions, and take away tools you can actually use in your everyday life.
This is a deeply held, women’s only space. A place to be real, to soften, to laugh, to share - and to remember you’re not doing this alone.
Across the weekend we’ll weave in nature, intuitive movement, rest, hiking on the moor, and nourishing vegetarian/vegan food prepared by a brilliant local chef. We’ll be based in a place of complete tranquillity on Dartmoor, with private river access, sauna, and wood burners to keep things cosy.
There will be time to connect, to be quiet, to sit by the fire, and to simply be.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and more like yourself again — with a deeper trust in your body and where you’re heading next.
Spaces are limited. A £100 deposit secures your place.
Investment: £650, including all activities, accommodation and meals.

Two nights can change a lot. Time away from everyday demands creates space to reconnect with yourself, build confidence and see what's possible. The real opportunity comes in carrying that feeling forward once you're back home.
Add six months of online group coaching with Amy, Jo and Sara and continue the journey with the same women from your retreat cohort. Through monthly sessions, you'll have the support, accountability and encouragement to turn insights into lasting change. The whole thing (retreat and six months coaching) is £1,000. Pay a £100 deposit to secure your place, then spread the rest with a payment plan.

Total cost is £650. The deposit of £100 secures your spot. Deposits are not refundable but can be transferred if possible.

Sara Dance
Sara believes we are all capable of far more than we think.. and she has spent years creating experiences that prove it. As a breathwork and contrast therapy guide, she uses breath, heat and cold to help women regulate their nervous systems, build resilience and reconnect with their own strength. Her sessions are practical, science-backed and always exhilarating. She might even get you in the ice bath. You will probably thank her for it.
Jo Ellicott
Jo is a relationship builder, she can't help it. With over 25 years of client and design management, she has spent a career helping people shift and make things happen across every kind of environment. Co-founder of EmpowerHer, and The Confidence Gym, ICF-accredited and specialist in perimenopause transition, she is endlessly motivated by human potential and possibilities. She is the kind of coach who rolls up her sleeves and works alongside you rather than at you.
Amy Chadney
Amy studies confidence - specifically what happens to it when women hit midlife, burnout, perimenopause, late-diagnosed ADHD, or all four at once. She builds things that help. Co-founder of EmpowerHer, creator of The Confidence Gym, ICF- accredited with a specialism in neurodiversity - Amy understands from the inside what it feels like to have your sense of self completely rewired, and how to find your way back to something stronger. As a practising artist she brings a creative and deeply human approach to her coaching.
